Creating Community Learning Together 6 / Information for Presenters
1. Join the CCLT6 event space and make a profile
If you haven't already joined and made a profile please follow these instructions here. If you have joined please skip to Step 2.
2. Check your presentation details
Search for your presentation. You can do this by:
- Typing your name into the search field at the top and then clicking on the presentation.
3. Associate your profile with your presentation
Click on your name next to the presentation. Then "Is this you?" and follow the instructions. If you can not associate your profile with the presentation please email ldsigtokyogettogethers@gmail.com
4. Get a ticket
You need a ticket to view the other presentations on the day. Click "Tickets" at the top and follow the instructions.
To keep the conference free for participants, presenters are asked to pay for a ticket according to the following fees:
-> Members of JALT LDSIG: ¥1,000
-> Members of JALT: ¥2,000
-> Non member of JALT or the LDSIG: ¥3,000

On Presentation Day: 20th of December
5. Search for your presentation
Search for your presentation. You can do this by:
- Typing your name into the search field at the top and then clicking on the presentation.
6. Click on the Zoom link
The meeting links for these will become live 10 minutes before the presentation. You will be taken to the meeting via Zoom, and then welcomed by a moderator who will help you set up.
