Creating Community Learning Together 6 / How to Join the CCLT6 Event Space and Create a Profile

1. Create a user account

If you haven't already, you need to create a user account here on Eventzilla. To do so click "https://cclt6.eventzil.la/register" and follow the instructions. If you have a Google account you can use that to authenticate. OR You can do this manually by typing in your name, username, email address and creating your own password, then click join.

If you are a teacher and have created a user before (such as attending JALTCALL, PanSIG, or ER Seminar) you do not need to create a new one, just skip to Step 3.

2. Check your email inbox for the mail from the CCLT6 Event space.

Once you find it, click "Verify." 
 

 3. Join the CCLT6 Event Space

Simply log in to EventZilla and click "join" the CCLT 6 Event space.

4. Create a Profile (optional for Participants)

Once you have joined the CCLT6 Event Space you can create a profile. You can do this by clicking the person icon in the top left. You can add a photo if you want and a short sentence about you. If presenters do this then their photo will appear next to their presentation.  

To Participate


1. Browse the schedule and find presentations you would like to view 

There are many ways to do this:
  • Click "View Sessions" and browse the schedule until you find one you want to view and then click on the title.
    • On the day you can click "Live Schedule" and this will automatically update the schedule to the time you are viewing.
  • View the Quick Look Schedule here, then type a name of either the presentation or the presenter in the search box at the top and then click on the presentation.

2. Create Favorite Sessions

Once you have found presentations you would like to view click the heart mark next to the title. The presentation will now appear in your "Favorite Sessions" list, which can be viewed when you click the person icon in the top right.

3. View Presentations.

The presentations are on Zoom. The meeting links for these will become live 10 minutes before the presentation. First, go to the presentation you would like to watch, then to join the presentation, click on the title. You will be taken to the meeting via Zoom.

To Present


1. Check your presentation details  

Search for your presentation. You can do this by:
  • Typing your name into the search field at the top and then clicking on the presentation.

2. Associate your profile with your presentation

Click on your name next to the presentation. Then "Is this you?" and follow the instructions. If you can not associate your profile with the presentation please email ldsigtokyogettogethers@gmail.com 

On Presentation Day: 20th of December


3. Search for your presentation 

Search for your presentation. You can do this by:
  • Typing your name into the search field at the top and then clicking on the presentation.

4. Click on the Zoom link

The meeting links for these will become live 10 minutes before the presentation. You will be taken to the meeting via Zoom, and then welcomed by a moderator who will help you set up.
